A.M. Maven offers two types of consulting services for businesses: Advertising and Marketing Consulting and Business Consulting. Each service offers specific areas of focus based on our clients’ needs.
Our Advertising and Marketing Consulting services focuses on developing a strategic advertising and marketing presence in the market place. We will analyze brand identification, messaging, collateral, social media, and sales structure, including an internal and external review of your current strategy.
The Business Consulting services covers a wider range of areas. Sometimes it is combined with the Advertising and Marketing Consulting depending on the client’s overall goals. A.M. Maven can evaluate the overall process, procedures, operations, and identify opportunities for your organization. In addition, we can provide training and assist in implementation of the recommended solutions.
It is important to note that not all businesses need or are ready for a consultant. Existing businesses often are not able to identify problems or revive an organization without some outside assistance. However, if you are launching a new business, product, service, or concept, it may be very advantageous to utilize a consultant.
